Fitness Evaluation
Body Composition Analysis
Take a deep dive into understanding your body composition with this non-invasive integrative medicine service. Get an analysis of your skeletal muscle mass, fat mass, hydration status, and other important health parameters. We will work with you to make informed decisions on the next step in your fitness journey.
- 15 minutes – $30
Fitness Assessment
Gain insight into your overall physical activity and fitness level through assessing movement quality, aerobic capacity and body composition.
- 60 minutes – $60
Exercise Plan
After completing the fitness assessment, your trainer will provide you with a 4-week exercise plan that includes tips and tools to help achieve your health and fitness goals.

Personal Training
Personal Training: Private 1:1
Train one-on-one with a certified personal trainer with a focus on integrative wellness. You will receive individualized programs and workouts tailored to your needs and fitness goals. Our expert training will also monitor your technique and form to keep you moving forward safely.

Small Group Training (2-3 people)
Grab a friend and start a fitness routine. You’ll work with a certified trainer while improving your strength and cardio in these small group sessions.

Restoration and Conditioning
Corrective Exercise
Work one-on-one with our personal trainers to improve movement quality by focusing on your body’s specific muscular restrictions and imbalances. Integrate individualized exercises to improve limitations, while also helping to alleviate pain, improve stability, and reduce risk of injury.

Refresh Stretching
Work one-on-one with our trainer in gently assisted stretching sessions. Feel energized as we help you alleviate discomfort and build flexibility.

Yoga
Practice restorative or power yoga one-on-one with a certified instructor. Improve your strength and balance your mind to reach your goals. This integrative medicine service is perfect for those who need a little more support or guidance with their practice.

Private Pilates Mat
Increase alignment and balance of the body through Pilates Mat exercises. This one-on-one session will focus on challenging the core. Our low-impact exercise regimen is a safe way to sculpt the body in a controlled and efficient manner.
