Sugar Detox Smoothie Recipe

  • Pomegranate juice, ½ cup
  • Unsweetened almond milk (Or any plant-based milk), ½ cup
  • Frozen blueberries (or any berry), ½ cup
  • Frozen bananas, ½ cup, sliced
  • Spinach or kale, 1 cup
  • Flaxseed meal, 1 tbsp
  • Silken tofu, 2 tbsp


Combine ingredients in a blender, cover and mix until thoroughly blended.
