Corrective Exercise Plan – 25 min. – $40

Learn individualized exercises that can improve mobility, alleviate pain, enhance stability, and reduce the risk of future injury.
Fitness Evaluations
Body Composition Analysis – 15 min. – $30
Gain insight into your physical health through an analysis of your skeletal muscle mass, fat mass, hydration status, and other important health parameters. You’ll receive a detailed report of your results. This service is a great way to benchmark your progress on your fitness journey.
Fitness Assessment – 50 min. – $60
Take a deep dive into understanding your physical health and current fitness level. This comprehensive assessment includes a body composition analysis, posture and movement screening, cardiovascular testing, and strength and flexibility measurements. You’ll receive a detailed report of your results and meet with a certified personal trainer to learn what next steps you can take to reach your fitness goals.
