With options tailored for every ability level, this class is adaptable to all fitness levels.

A vinyasa-style yoga class designed to build strength, balance, and focus. Flow seamlessly through postures that enhance flexibility and mindfulness. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Pilates Fusion – 50 min.
A Pilates Mat fusion combining light weights and core-focused exercises. Enhance alignment, balance, and strength in this low-impact class designed to sculpt and tone the body safely and efficiently. Suitable for all fitness levels. Grip socks are required to attend.
Barre Sculpt – 50 min.

Reformer Pilates Classes
Reformer Pilates – 30 min. FREE!
Designed for those new to the Reformer. In this introductory class, you’ll learn basic terminology, become familiar with the equipment, and practice simple foundational movements. Grip socks are required to attend.
Reformer Foundations – 50 min.
Best for beginners or those new to the Reformer. This supportive, beginner-friendly class focuses on proper alignment, core engagement, and controlled, fundamental movements at a steady and accessible pace. Grip socks are required to attend.
Reformer Progression – 50 min.
Ideal for clients comfortable with foundational movements and ready to enhance strength, stability, and control through fluid movement. Build on your foundation with a full-body workout that introduces dynamic sequencing, increased resistance, and coordination challenges. Grip socks are required to attend.
Reformer Advanced – 50 min.
For experienced clients with strong Reformer proficiency. Instructor approval is recommended. This dynamic, high-level class features complex choreography, faster transitions, and increased intensity to challenge strength, endurance, and precision. Grip socks are required to attend.
