Appointment Arrival:

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

Late Arrival:

If you arrive 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment may be shortened or require rescheduling.

Cancellation Policy:

To ensure we can provide all our clients with the best service, we require:

  • 24-hour notice for Acupuncture, Chiropractic Care, Functional Medicine, Massage Therapy, Skin Care, BOTOX®, Personal Training, Nutrition Services and Health Coaching.
  • 12-hour notice for Group Fitness Classes and Thermal & Light Therapies including Cryotherapy, Infrared
    Sauna, Salt Room, BioMat and LED Light Therapy.

Failure to cancel within the specified notice period may be subject to cancellation fees:

  • $25 fee for Acupuncture and Chiropractic Care.
  • 50% of the cost of the service for Functional Medicine, Massage Therapy, Skin Care, Personal Training, Nutrition Services and Health Coaching.
  • $100 fee for BOTOX®.

Fees must be paid in full prior to your next appointment.

Illness Guidelines:

The health and well-being of our patients, clients and staff is important to us.

  • Wait 5-days after testing positive for Covid-19.
  • Please ensure you are fever-free for 24-hours prior to your appointment.
  • You may be required to wear a mask or reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing respiratory symptoms or symptoms related to illness

Refunds

    • Programs and packages are non-refundable.
    • If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase from our gift shop, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that supplement and skincare products must be unopened to qualify for a return.

Gratuity

We believe well-being services should be accessible. Our affordable pricing is all inclusive. Gratuities are not accepted.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Packages

Packages are non-refundable and expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
