Arriving to Your Appointment:
We suggest arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork or to prepare for your services. This will allow for a more relaxed and leisurely experience.
Late Arrivals:
We recognize the time of our clients, patients and staff is valuable, therefore we regret that your service may be shortened in the event of a late check-in or require rescheduling if arrival is past our 10-minute policy window. In certain cases, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full service at the discretion of our office staff.
Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment time is specifically set aside for your treatment and held for you. To ensure we can provide all our clients with the best service, please adhere to our cancellation policy.
Cancellations for:
- Medical Care, Medical Spa, Personal Training, Nutritional Counseling and Health Coaching require 24-hour notice.
- Fitness Classes and Wellness Services including Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, Salt Room, BioMat and LED Light Therapy require 12-hour notice.
Failure to cancel within the specified notice period may be subject to cancellation fees, as follows:
- For cash-based services (Functional Medicine, Medical Spa, Personal Training, Nutritional Counseling and Health Coaching), missed appointments or cancellations are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the cost of the service. For Botox Treatments, missed appointments or cancellations are subject to a fee of $100.
- For insurance-based services (Acupuncture, Chiropractic and OMM), missed appointments are subject to a $25 fee.
All appointments must be reserved with a credit card at the time of booking. Any fees accrued must be paid in full prior to your next appointment.
We understand that situations may arise in which you must cancel your appointment with less than the specified notice period. Therefore, Chambers Center for Well-Being will allow for two late cancellations or missed appointments before charging a fee.

Illness Guidelines:
The health and well-being of our patients, clients and staff is important to us. Please adhere to the following illness guidelines before being seen in our office:
- Wait 5-days after testing positive for Covid-19.
- Fever-free for 24-hours.
If you are experiencing any respiratory symptoms or symptoms related to illness you may be required to wear a mask while visiting our office or reschedule your appointment at the discretion of our staff. Please call with any questions or concerns.
Gift Shop and Retail Refunds
While we hope you love your purchase, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. For supplement and skincare sales, the product must be unopened.
Service Refunds
Programs and packages are non-refundable.
Gratuity
In order to build healthier communities, we believe that well-being services should be accessible. Our affordable pricing is all-inclusive, and gratuities are not accepted.
Gift Certificates
All gift certificate purchases for our holistic medicine and integrative health care services are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Gift certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
Packages
Packages expire one year from the date of purchase.
